Description
Levisticum officinale
A microgreen with a similar appearance to flat-leaf parsley, micro-lovage is aromatic with a salty celery taste. It has a chewy, succulent stem and can be used as a salt substitute. It pairs well with soups and stews.
Goes great with: nutmeg, thyme, basil, cardamom, cinnamon, dill, bay, rosemary, lime peel, mandarin, mandarin peel
